A Prayer to Release Bitterness
Ephesians 4:31–32 · ESV
[31] Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. [32] Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. (ESV)

PRAY
Father, bitterness has taken root in my heart. But Your Word says to let all bitterness and wrath and anger be put away, and be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. I pull up the root of bitterness. I choose kindness. I choose to forgive as You forgave me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
