A Prayer When I Feel Overwhelmed
Matthew 11:28–30 · ESV
[28] Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. [30] For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.” (ESV)

This guided prayer is a starting point. Take your time. Pause when you need to. Add what's on your heart and allow this to become your own conversation with God.
PRAY
Jesus, I am overwhelmed. The weight is too much. But You say, 'Come to Me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.' I come to You now. Take this yoke off my shoulders and give me Yours, for it is easy and light. Rest my soul. In Jesus' name, Amen.
